i. Our goal is to ensure your experiences at Spencersbaby.com is easy, and your satisfaction is very important to us. For any issues with late, lost or damaged items, please contact us directly at (305) 821-1260 or via email to sales@spencersinternational.com. We can initiate a thorough search for your shipment, but please keep in mind that once the package leaves our facility via USPS, UPS or FedEx, we will rely on their investigation, along with the information you provide for this search. Lost or missing packages will have to be investigated by the shipping company used, and may take a few days to resolve.

ii. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping, and once your package has been delivered, we cannot guarantee any exchanges due to damages caused while at your property.

iii.For damaged goods inside package that is not caused while in transit, such as stains, tears or imperfections in product that is well packaged and sealed, we will happily exchange at no extra cost. Just give us a call at  (305) 821-1260 or email us a photo of the problem, along with your name, order or confirmation number, address, and phone number to sales@spencersinternational.com. Once we receive your information, we will confirm with you and will exchange the products within 48 hours.

Returns:

For a fast and easy return or exchange process please email us at sales@spencersinternational.com, or give us a call at (305) 821-1260. You can also initiate a return by logging in to your account using the same information as when you made your purchase and initiate a return there. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make returns. After this time, we will not accept any returns or provide any refunds.
